Here are the new things in it for $39.
In particular, this caught my eye:
Bidirectional text.
For languages that are written right to left, such as Hebrew and Arabic, Snow Leopard now elegantly handles mixing in left-to-right text. It also has a split-cursor option that shows the appropriate cursor direction at the boundary between right-to-left and left-to-right text.
Issues with Mellel at this stage, though.
Is Snow Leopard any better for bi-directional text? I heard that the limitation still lies with MS Office?
yeah, I think they’ve sorted out the issues with right-to-left text.
No idea about MS Office though.
